Zelensky replaces head of SBU's Anti-Terrorist Center

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has dismissed Oleksandr Ustymenko as head of the Center for Special Operations in Combating Terrorism, Protecting Participants in Criminal Proceedings and Law Enforcement Officers of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU).

A decree to that effect, No. 187/2020 of May 19, has been published on the website of the President's Office.

Under another decree, No. 188/2020, the president appointed Serhiy Dusyk to the post.

Former President Petro Poroshenko appointed Ustymenko head of the SBU's Center for Special Operations in Combating Terrorism, Protecting Participants in Criminal Proceedings and Law Enforcement Officers in March 2015.
