The Constitutional Court of Ukraine received a submission filed by 48 lawmakers asking to verify constitutionality of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on the Conditions of Circulation of Agricultural Land".

“Today, 4 May 2020, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine received a constitutional submission of 48 members of the Parliament of Ukraine on compliance of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on the Conditions of Circulation of Agricultural Land" No. 552 -IX of March 31, 2020 and certain provisions of the Land Code of Ukraine with the Constitution of Ukraine,” the press service of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine informs.

It is noted that a holder of a right to constitutional submission considers that the challenged law does not correspond to a number of articles of the Constitution of Ukraine.
