Kuleba, Siala discuss release of 18 Ukrainian sailors

Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba has discussed with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Libya Mohamed Taher Siala the release of 18 Ukrainian sailors currently held in Libyan detention centers.
"The parties paid special attention to the release of 18 Ukrainian sailors, who are held currently in Libyan detention centers, including four crew members of the Captain Khayyam tanker and 14 crew members of the Ruta tanker," the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine informs upon a phone conversation between two ministers.
Ukraine continues to recognize the Government of National Accord and supports the territorial integrity of Libya, Kuleba confirmed. The Ukrainian minister invited Mohamed Taher Siala to visit Ukraine when the circumstances permit.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Libya also informed the Ukrainian counterpart about the security situation in Libya.
