Govt appoints commissioner for rights of persons with disabilities

Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers has appointed Tetiana Barantsova as the government commissioner for the rights of persons with disabilities.
A respective order has been published on the government portal.
Barantsova is the director of the Luhansk regional center for the socio-cultural adaptation of young people with disabilities.
