The Cabinet of Ministers at a special meeting on Sunday approved a decision to simplify the procedure for receiving unemployment benefits during the quarantine.
Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal wrote about this on his Telegram channel.
“The Cabinet of Ministers held an extraordinary meeting. We have supported the decision to simplify the procedure for receiving unemployment benefits during the quarantine,” the prime minister wrote.
According to him, from now on the registration of unemployed persons will be carried out from the first day after filing relevant applications to the Employment Service. In this case, payments will be carried out from the first day of registration.
