Zelensky introduces Venediktova as NSDC member

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has approved Prosecutor General Iryna Venediktova as a member of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC).
The relevant decree, No.107/2020, has been posted on the president’s official website.
“To introduce Prosecutor General Iryna Venediktova into the personnel composition of the National Security and Defense Council,” the document says.
As Ukrinform reported, the Verkhovna Rada on March 17 agreed to appoint Iryna Venediktova as prosecutor general. On the same day, President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree on her appointment as prosecutor general.
