Zelensky proposed appointing Shmyhal as Ukraine's PM - Kachura

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has proposed at a meeting of the parliamentary faction of the Servant of the People party that Oleksiy Honcharuk be dismissed as Ukraine's prime minister and that Deputy Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal be appointed to this post.
Servant of the People MP Oleksandr Kachura wrote this on his Telegram channel.
At the same time, he said that Honcharuk was absent at the faction meeting.
