Sweden accuses Russia of violating Minsk agreements

Swedish Foreign Minister Ann Linde has said that yesterday's attacks by Russian-led forces in Donbas are in breach of the Minsk agreements.
She wrote this on her Twitter account.
"Worrying reports of attacks by Russia-backed armed formations in eastern Ukraine yesterday, killing one Ukrainian soldier and wounding six. Another violation of the Minsk Agreements and the measures agreed at the December Normandy Summit," she wrote.

Russian-backed forces attacked Ukrainian positions near the villages of Novotoshkivske, Orikhove, Krymske, Khutir Vilnyi and Popasna early on February 18, killing one Ukrainian serviceman and wounding another five.
