Serbia's new ambassador begins diplomatic mission in Ukraine

Ukraine's Deputy Foreign Minister Vasyl Bodnar has received the copies of credentials from Serbia's Ambassador to Ukraine Aca Jovanovic, the press service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has reported on Facebook.

"The deputy minister expressed hope for a revival of the Ukrainian-Serbian dialogue and a more active position of Serbia in support of Ukraine's territorial integrity and sovereignty," the report reads.

Serbia's previous ambassador to Ukraine, Rade Bulatovic, was recalled from his post according to a Serbian presidential decree of August 28, 2019.
