Zelensky, Putin agree on immediate approval of lists for new prisoner exchange

"President Volodymyr Zelensky had a phone conversation with President of Russia Vladimir Putin. The heads of state congratulated each other on upcoming holidays and mutual release of detained persons, which took place on December 29.
