Zelensky appoints Tarasyuk Ukraine's envoy to Council of Europe

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a decree appointing Borys Tarasyuk as Ukraine's permanent representative to the Council of Europe.
The decree, No. 943/2019 of December 24, has been published on the web site of the head of state.
