Montenegro at OSCE calls on Russia to withdraw troops from Ukraine

Montenegro strongly condemns the illegal annexation of Crimea by Russia and calls for the withdrawal of all troops and weapons from Ukraine.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro Srdjan Darmanovic said this at the 26th OSCE Ministerial Council in Bratislava, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"Montenegro continues to strongly condemn the illegal and illegitimate annexation of Crimea and expresses its unwavering support for the full restoration of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine within its internationally recognized borders and territorial waters. We call for the abolition of all unilateral actions, the withdrawal of troops and weapons from Ukraine and the provision of free navigation and access to Ukrainian ports in the Sea of Azov in accordance with international law," he said.
