Ukraine signs visa-free regime with Mongolia

A visa waiver agreement between the governments of Ukraine and Mongolia has been solemnly signed at the Ukrainian Embassy in Warsaw.

The agreement was signed by Ambassador of Ukraine to Poland Andriy Deshchytsia and Ambassador of Mongolia to Poland and Ukraine Bataa Nemekh. The signing ceremony took place today, November 8.

"We have signed an agreement allowing Ukrainian citizens to travel without visas to Mongolia. This agreement provides that Ukrainian citizens can enter Mongolia without visas for 90 days within 180 days," Deshchytsia told an Ukrinform correspondent.

According to him, Mongolia is one more country that is open to Ukrainian citizens for visa-free travel. "We already have a visa-free regime with 88 countries. Ukrainian can also travel to more than 140 countries under a simplified procedure," the diplomat said.
