President appoints head of SBU's state secrets department

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Ihor Nosko chief of the Department for Protection of State Secrets and Licensing of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU).
The decree to that effect, No. 812/2019 of November 7, has been published on the website of the head of state.
On October 11, the president signed a decree appointing Roman Semenchenko as his envoy for overseeing the SBU's activity.
