It consists of political, security, humanitarian and economic subgroups. I think that if we talk about political prisoners, they can help the humanitarian subgroup,” Zelensky said.

At the same time, he does not consider it expedient to involve the released Ukrainians in the negotiation process in the Normandy format. “There are four leaders in the Normandy process ... I don’t understand how we can attract political prisoners to these negotiations," the president said.
