"We have created a ministry to form policies in the field of digitalization. No authority has been involved in this before. Now we have a ministry, we will support such projects, seek funding, help ... The public presentation of our ministry and [minister] deputies will take place on September 27," Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov said this at the opening of the Open Data Forum, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
According to him, there will also be deputies for digitalization in each ministry.
The positions of deputy heads of administrations, who will monitor key performance indicators of local projects, will be introduced at the regional level, the minister added.
"We have also set up a committee on digitalization and digital transformation in the Verkhovna Rada. This is the first committee with such a set of functions. This is also important because there is support at the legislative level," Fedorov added.
