EU welcomes launch of Ukraine's High Anti-Corruption Court

The Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine has welcomed the start of work of the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine.
“Today, Ukraine’s High Anti-Corruption Court takes up its work. The EU congratulates Ukraine on this occasion. We will continue supporting the Court in fulfilling its important role in the fight against corruption,” the EU Delegation wrote on Twitter.
On September 5, the High Anti-Corruption Court started to work in Ukraine. President Volodymyr Zelensky earlier stated that Ukraine's High Anti-Corruption Court faced the challenge of not only returning the funds stolen by top corrupt officials, but also returning a sense of justice to citizens.
