Parliament has to adopt about 500 bills by year-end – Arakhamia

Leader of the Servant of the People faction David Arakhamia said this on the sidelines of the parliament, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"As for legislative initiatives, there are a lot of them. MPs will have to work in committees at the weekend and at night … This is how the Verkhovna Rada should work. Perhaps in three or four months, when we vote for 400-500 draft laws that have been developed, we will slow down. But now the country cannot wait, because people expect quick changes from us," Arakhamia said.
