President dismisses 18 district heads in two regions

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has dismissed chairmen of 18 district state administrations in two regions.

The relevant decrees were published on the website of the head of state on August 23.

In particular, Zelensky dismissed the heads of 17 district state administrations in Zhytomyr region and a head of district state administration in Volyn region in connection with the termination of powers of the President of Ukraine.

Earlier, the president dismissed heads of 56 district state administrations in 13 regions.
