New German ambassador begins diplomatic mission in Ukraine

Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Olena Zerkal received copies of credentials from the newly appointed ambassador of Germany to Ukraine, Mrs. Anka Feldhusen.
"During the meeting on July 19, the parties noted positive dynamics of bilateral cooperation between Ukraine and Germany," the press service of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine reported.
Zerkal noted the important role of Berlin in maintaining the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine as a result of the Russian aggression.
In turn, the ambassador praised the state of democracy in Ukraine, as evidenced by free and democratic electoral processes.
