Groysman proposes reducing number of ministries to 12

Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman has proposed that the number of ministries should be reduced from the current 19 to 12 so that to optimize the work of the entire government.
The prime minister stated this on air of R-1 TV channel, the Government portal reported.
“I believe that 12 ministries would be enough to manage the processes. I have a clear vision of what kind of interaction there should be among ministries. A growing number of ministries entails a loss in the quality of their work,” he said.
