Ukrinform
Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has called on journalists and leadership of Ukraine's NewsOne television channel to refrain from holding a TV link-up with Russian propaganda channel Russia 24.

The politician wrote this on his Facebook page, while commenting on the announcement of the TV link-up due to be held on July 12.

According to him, "the revenge is no longer just behind the door: propagandists from the aggressor country are announcing a TV link-up with a Ukrainian channel, which is part of a holding controlled by Viktor Medvedchuk."

"I appeal to journalists and leaders of the channel. Recall with whom we have a war in the east, who kills our guys in Donbas, who destroys Ukrainian cities, and who annexed Crimea. Recall this and give up this project. Do not play into the enemy's hands!" Groysman wrote.

Ukrainian television channel NewsOne, which belongs to Taras Kozak, an ally of Viktor Medvedchuk, and Russian state-owned channel Russia 24, are to hold a TV link-up entitled "Need to Talk." TV host Dmitry Kiselyov announced this during the Vesti Nedeli (News of the Week) program.
