Presidential Office head supports preservation of Normandy format talks

Talks in the Normandy format will be preserved, since, according to international partners, this is the only possible way for negotiations with the Russian Federation.

Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Bohdan stated this in an interview with RBC-Ukraine, commenting on further talks with the Russian Federation after visits of President Volodymyr Zelensky to Paris and Berlin.

"I suppose that we will still use international mediators ... There is an opinion of international partners that political talks are possible only in the Normandy format," he said.

Speaking about the progress in the release of Ukrainian hostages, he noted that “it is necessary to return all of our people, not only sailors,” but “it’s not about getting what we want by any means.”
