Klimkin greets Jeppe Kofod as new Danish foreign minister

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin has congratulated Jeppe Kofod on his appointment as Denmark's foreign minister and expressed hope for further cooperation in the fight against Russian aggression.
"Congratulations to Jeppe Kofod with appointment as a new Danish Foreign Minister! Looking forward to continue a fruitful bilateral cooperation and tackling Russian aggression for better and safer world," Klimkin wrote on Twitter.
He thanked former Danish foreign minister Anders Samuelsen for his unwavering support and valuable personal input.
As reported, Denmark’s new Social Democratic prime minister on Thursday, June 27, presented her team of 20 ministers which includes former member of the European Parliament Jeppe Kofod as foreign minister and Nikolaj Wammen as finance minister.
