Zelensky reveals details of talks with Macron

The restoration of peace in Ukraine was the main talking point in the negotiations between President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and President of France Emmanuel Macron.
“A new level of partnership between Ukraine and France will be one of the key areas of my foreign policy. We had a warm and very constructive conversation with President Macron. First and foremost, we discussed the restoration of peace in Ukraine," Zelensky said at a joint press conference with his French counterpart in Paris on Monday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
According to him, Europe cannot feel completely safe until Russia pretends that international law simply does not exist.
“France and the rest of our international partners know and understand the concerns of every Ukrainian. Nobody wants Ukraine to become a tinderbox where Crimea and Donbas are a fuse,” Zelensky said.
