NSDC secretary, Atlantic Council’s representative discuss reform of Ukrainian Armed Forces

Secretary of Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Oleksandr Danyliuk held a meeting with member of the Atlantic Council's Board of Directors David Petraeus, the NSDC press service has reported.
"The parties discussed the progress of reforming the security and defense sector, first of all, the Security Service of Ukraine, as well as a set of measures for reforming the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations established in accordance with the laws of Ukraine," the report says.
Particular attention was paid to the issue of fighting corruption in Ukraine.
Mr. Petraeus expressed support for Ukraine in its progress towards democratic development.
