The ambassadors of the Group of Seven (G7) welcome the decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine that declares e-declaration requirements for anti-corruption activists unconstitutional.

"G7 Ambassadors welcome the Constitutional Court’s ruling declaring e-declaration requirements for anti-corruption activists unconstitutional. This long-awaited decision strengthens the rule of law and civil society in Ukraine," the ambassadors posted on Twitter.

On June 6, the Constitutional Court declared unconstitutional the clauses of the law on preventing corruption, which obliged representatives of public anti-corruption organizations to submit their asset declarations.
