Presidential administration refutes fake report about date of Zelensky-Trump meeting

Ukrinform
The administration of the Ukrainian president has described as fake a news report about the probable date of a meeting between Volodymyr Zelensky and his U.S. counterpart Donald Trump, the presidential press service has told Ukrinform.

"On June 3, some media outlets began to spread an interview with Boris Tisenhausen, presenting him as a freelance advisor to President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky. The article concerned the probable date of a meeting of the guarantor with U.S. President Donald Trump. In view of this, we draw the attention of the Ukrainian community and journalists to the fact that Boris Tisenhausen is neither a full-time member nor a freelance member of Volodymyr Zelensky's team, so we ask you to regard the information spread as fake," the report reads.

The presidential press service recalled that reports about all appointments were published and would be published promptly on the official website of the president.

On Monday, June 3, Boris Tisenhausen, who was presented as a freelance advisor to the president of Ukraine, said that Trump and Zelensky could meet after the G20 summit in June.
