Zelensky returns Ukrainian citizenship to Saakashvili

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has returned Ukrainian citizenship to former Georgian President and former head of Odesa Regional State Administration Mikheil Saakashvili.
A respective decree has been published on the website of the head of state.
The president excluded the clause on the loss of Ukrainian citizenship by Saakashvili in the decree No. 196 of July 26, 2017 "On the termination of Ukrainian citizenship of Bondareva T., Korniychuk O.A., Korotetsky L.O., and others."
Saakashvili has already thanked Zelensky in a post on his Facebook page.
