Klimkin not to attend meeting of Council of Europe's Committee of Ministers in Helsinki

The Ukrainian side at the meeting will be represented by Deputy Foreign Minister Sergiy Kyslytsya, Ukrinform’s correspondent reports from Strasbourg.

As reported, on May 16-17, the meeting of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe will be held in Helsinki. During this meeting, the Committee has to decide on application of the relevant articles of the organization’s Charter in relation to Russia.
