Poroshenko announces ambitious agenda of EU-Ukraine summit
“Today and tomorrow, the Eastern Partnership Summit takes place. It is clearly declared that Ukraine is the leader of the Eastern Partnership, and we insist on the “more for more” principle: those who have done more should be given more opportunities. At the same time, the Eastern Partnership program does not limit our bilateral cooperation at all. It has been confirmed that the EU-Ukraine summit will take place this summer, and a very ambitious agenda is being formed now,” President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said in Brussels on Monday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
The President added that he had proposed a number of steps to prevent the pace of EU-Ukraine cooperation from slowing down, and those steps were successful.
As reported, on May 13-14, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko makes a working visit to Brussels to participate in the 10th Eastern Partnership anniversary celebrations.
