Central Election Commission allocates over UAH 24 mln for local elections in June

The Central Election Commission (CEC) has approved the allocation of subventions totaling UAH 24.8 million from the state budget to local budgets for the preparations and holding of local elections scheduled for June 30, according to the CEC website.
"The Commission approved subvention allocations from the state budget to local budgets for preparations and conduct [of local elections] on June 30, 2019," reads the report.
As reported, the Central Election Commission on April 20 scheduled the first local elections in 66 united territorial communities and additional elections of deputies of 30 village councils for June 30.
