President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has appointed Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the United Nations Volodymyr Yelchenko as Ukraine’s Ambassador to Jamaica, who will now combine two posts.
The relevant decree, No.213/2019, has been posted on the president’s official website.
