Erdogan congratulates Zelensky on winning presidential elections

President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan has congratulated Ukraine's president-elect Volodymyr Zelensky in a phone call.
"Our president held a phone conversation with new Ukraine's president-elect Volodymyr Zelensky, congratulating him on the victory in elections," the Presidential Administration of Turkey reported.
Other details of the conversation have not been released.
Earlier, Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte in a phone call congratulated Volodymyr Zelensky on his victory in Ukraine’s presidential elections. During the talk, they also discussed the importance of progress in the MH17 case.
