Head of European Parliament's mission to VR to visit Ukraine on April 25 - Parubiy

Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Andriy Parubiy stated this at a meeting of the Agenda-Setting Council on Monday, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.

"I will propose that after the block of security issues on Thursday, we be able to consider the block of issues on reforming the parliament. We agreed on this long ago. Pat Cox, the Head of European Parliament's Needs Assessment Mission, arrives in Ukraine on April 25," Parubiy said.

In this regard, the speaker reminded that this concerns the laws on temporary investigative committee, the number of parliamentary committees and the distribution of committees.

"And I also believe that we need to consider the law on [ MPs] immunity that is currently in the Verkhovna Rada. I think we should consider it as soon as possible," Parubiy said.
