This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova, according to Ukrinform’s correspondent in Moldova.
"I would like to note with great pleasure that the Moldovan-Ukrainian relations are expanding in the training of diplomatic personnel," Moldovan Foreign Minister Tudor Ulianovschi said.
By signing the memorandum, a legal framework was created. It allows to carry out joint activities for the benefit of the two countries.
In turn, Director of the Ukrainian Diplomatic Academy Sergiy Korsunsky stressed that the memorandum was an important step towards strengthening bilateral cooperation in both institutional and educational sectors.
