Ukraine suggests including Crimea issue in Minsk process
"It would be great if the issue of the Crimea occupation became a part of the Minsk negotiation process, which is, unfortunately, not the case. The next time the Minsk accords are discussed, and we are convinced that they must be fully implemented by Russia, we will use an opportunity and include the issue of Crimea occupation in the Minsk negotiations," Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Serhiy Kyslytsia said at a special meeting of the UN Security Council devoted to the fifth anniversary of Crimea occupation, an Ukrinform correspondent reported from New York.
On March 15, the UN Security Council discussed the situation in the temporarily occupied Crimea. The representatives of the Security Council members, other UN member states and non-governmental organizations took part in the Arria-formula meeting, dedicated to the fifth anniversary of the occupation of Crimea.
