Civil and military administration created in Volnovakha

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has established a civil and military administration in the city of Volnovakha, Donetsk region.
The relevant decree, No12/2019, was published on the president’s website.
"To create a civil and military administration in the city of Volnovakha of Volnovakha district, Donetsk region," reads the document.
The President instructed the commander of the Joint Forces and the head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration to carry out measures related to the formation of a civil and military administration in line with the Law of Ukraine "On the civil and military administration".
The decree comes into force from the day of its publication.
