The foreign ministers of the Baltic states, Poland and Sweden will soon visit Mariupol to see the consequences of Russian aggression.

The press service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry reported this following the results of a meeting between Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin and Lithuanian Foreign Minister Linas Linkevičius.

"At the invitation of Ukrainian Minister Pavlo Klimkin, the foreign ministers of the Baltic countries, Poland and Sweden will visit Mariupol in the near future to see the facts and consequences of the Russian aggression, including in the context of Russia's blocking the passage of ships to Ukrainian ports in the Sea of Azov," the report says.

The ministers stressed the need to preserve the unity by the Euro-Atlantic community in the issue of increasing the sanctions pressure on Russia as an aggressor country.

On January 10-11, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin pays a working visit to the Republic of Lithuania. The purpose of the visit is to participate in the annual discussion club Snow Meeting that is a platform to discuss topical issues related to current challenges to the European and world security.
