Zubko: Ministry develops plan on territorial communities in occupied areas of Luhansk region
Vice Prime Minister - Minister for Regional Development Hennadiy Zubko wrote this on Facebook.
"The Ministry for Regional Development and the Luhansk Regional Military and Civil State Administration have developed a long-term plan for the creation of united territorial communities in the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk region. It has already been submitted for government approval," Zubko wrote.
According to him, it is important that people in the temporarily occupied territories can also see prospects for development. “The decentralization reform is a change in the quality of life. And the people living there should know that they also have a future - stable civilized development in a peaceful country. We definitely want to see such communities as Alchevsk and Dovzhansk communities on the map of Ukraine; we do want that Luhansk united territorial community be successful in the future, like all other communities in the state,” the vice prime minister wrote.
