Groysman: Unification of territorial communities should be completed until 2020

Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has said he expects that the process of unification of territorial communities in Ukraine will be completed until the local elections in 2020.
In a post on his Facebook page, Groysman wrote: "To continue the reform, we launch a new phase of change. We plan to complete the process of unification until the local elections in 2020. During 2019 - to consolidate decentralization in the Constitution and make the reform irreversible”.
He also stressed that decentralization is one of the most successful reforms in Ukraine. Hundreds of united territorial communities have already been created throughout the country and people living there have already noticed positive changes.
