Ukrainian foreign minister, OSCE’s new chairperson going to visit Donbas

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin and Slovak Foreign Minister Miroslav Lajcak, who assumed the post of Chairperson-in-Office of the OSCE, will go to Donbas in two weeks.

"Congratulations to Slovakia and my good friend Miroslav Lajcak for assuming 2019 OSCE Chairmanship-in-Office! I wish Slovakia in OSCE to be a guardian of OSCE values and principles, blatantly violated by Russia. Looking forward welcoming Miroslav in Ukraine in two weeks, will go to Donbas together," Klimkin wrote on Twitter on Tuesday, January 1.

On January 1, 2019, Slovakia assumed the Chairmanship of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
