Another so-called "humanitarian convoy" from Russia to the occupied Donbas again violated the sovereignty of Ukraine and the Minsk agreements.

"Another Russian "humanitarian convoy" illegally crossed the state border of Ukraine. The Kremlin once again violated the sovereignty of Ukraine and the Minsk agreements. Any humanitarian aid must be delivered under an international mechanism," Spokesperson for the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine Kateryna Zelenko wrote on Twitter.

As reported, on November 23, the Foreign Ministry strongly condemned the arrival of another “humanitarian convoy” from the Russian Federation in Donbas.
