U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense arrives in Kyiv to discuss Ukraine’s military modernization

United States Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Laura Cooper has arrived in Kyiv to hold consultations on Ukraine’s military modernization and Russia’s aggression, the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine has reported.
"We welcome Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Laura Cooper to Kyiv for consultations with Ukrainian officials to discuss Ukraine’s military modernization and Russia’s unacceptable and reckless aggression," the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine wrote on Facebook.
As Ukrinform reported, U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs George Kent visited Kyiv on December 3-4.
