Parliament to consider Budget and Tax Codes on Thursday – Parubiy

"According to the regulations, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine should consider both the Budget and Tax Codes until December 1. The Budget Code has already been developed by the committee, and there soon will be the committee's decision and all amendments. We plan to consider the Tax Code on Wednesday-Thursday. Again, this is our commitment. According to the budget adoption schedule, the consideration of the Tax and Budget Codes will be on Thursday, as well as a number of issues related to the budget adoption,¨ Parubiy said during the Agenda-Setting Council on Monday, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.

According to the speaker, among other issues will be the second reading of the bill on transferring funds to ensure cybersecurity of the Central Election Commission and the bill on public procurement.

As reported, the Verkhovna Rada passed the bill on the state budget for 2019 at first reading on October 18.

On November 14, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the draft state budget for its consideration by the Verkhovna Rada at second reading.
