Ukraine, Qatar to sign agreement on fighting cybercrime

Ukraine and Qatar will sign an agreement on combating cybercrime and drug trafficking.

"At a meeting with Prime Minister of Qatar Abdullah Al-Thani, we agreed to sign an agreement regarding the fight against cybercrime and drug trafficking," Ukrainian Internal Minister Arsen Avakov wrote on Twitter.

The parties also agreed that Ukraine would help Qatar train law enforcement officers and share experience in training police special forces.

“At a meeting with Prime Minister of Qatar Abdullah Al-Thani in Doha, we have noted the completion of all formalities – a visa-free regime between Ukraine and Qatar will be launched on November 2. Our friendship is growing stronger,” Avakov added.
