Poroshenko dismisses Horhan as Kyiv regional governor, appoints Tereshchuk to replace him

President Petro Poroshenko has dismissed Oleksandr Horhan as chairman of the Kyiv Regional State Administration.
The relevant decree, No.348/2018, is posted on the president’s official website.
"To dismiss Oleksandr Horhan from the post of chairman of the Kyiv Regional State Administration according to the letter of resignation he submitted," reads the document.
At the same time, under another decree No.349/2018, Poroshenko appointed Oleksandr Tereshchuk as a new chairman of the Kyiv Regional State Administration.
