Government of Austria allocates EUR 1 million in assistance to Donbas

The Government of Austria allocates EUR 1 million for the implementation of projects in eastern Ukraine, in particular, the demining program.
"The Government has decided today to allocate EUR 1 million in assistance to eastern Ukraine," Federal Chancellor of Austria Sebastian Kurz said upon the government’s meeting on Wednesday, the Die Presse reports.
Kurz noted that the funds would be transferred to the International Committee of the Red Cross for implementation of the demining project and to other Austrian non-governmental organizations that provide support to people affected by the war in Donbas.
