Asset freezes and travel restrictions are an effective way to show unity in the struggle for Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity," Groysman wrote on Twitter on Thursday.
Ukrinform reported earlier that the EU Council had prolonged the restrictive measures against Russian citizens and companies over actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine for a further six months, until March 15, 2019. The measures apply to 155 persons and 44 entities.
