The allies’ support for Ukraine is crucial in view of the biggest challenge facing Europe today: the aggression of Russia.

"Our surrounding is unstable as we see Russia’s aggression and annexation of Crimea, war in the east of Ukraine, tensions on the Sea of Azov. The solidarity of the allies with Ukraine is crucial in view of the biggest security challenge facing Europe today," Polish Foreign Minister Jacek Czaputowicz said during the 28th Economic Forum in Poland's Krynica-Zdroj on Wednesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

He also stressed that Warsaw supported the need for maintaining the NATO’s “open door policy” and further support for partners in the east and the south, especially Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, and the Western Balkans.
